About Our Services

Why should I engage an immigration agency instead of applying on my own?

An experienced agency identifies profile weaknesses, prepares a stronger application with supporting documents and cover letters, and avoids common mistakes that lead to rejection. Our clients benefit from 16+ years of experience and knowledge of what ICA and MOM look for.

Fees vary depending on the service and complexity of your case. We provide a transparent quote after your free consultation — no hidden charges. Contact us for a personalised quotation.

No ethical agency can guarantee approval as decisions rest with ICA/MOM. What we guarantee is a professionally prepared application that maximises your chances, backed by 10,000+ cases since 2008.

We are MOM-licensed with a 4.9 Google rating, 10,000+ applications handled since 2008, and a dedicated consultant assigned to every case. We provide honest assessments — if your profile isn’t ready, we’ll tell you.

We handle Singapore PR applications, citizenship, Employment Passes, S-Passes, Work Permits, Dependant’s Passes, Long-Term Visit Passes, and Global Investor Programme applications.

Singapore PR

Who is eligible to apply for Singapore PR?

EP and S-Pass holders, spouses and children of Singapore citizens/PRs, aged parents of citizens, students studying in Singapore, and investors under the Global Investor Programme are all eligible to apply.

ICA typically takes 4–12 months to process PR applications. Complex cases or those requiring additional documents may take longer.

Key documents include passport, educational certificates, employment letter, payslips (6 months), tax returns, marriage/birth certificates, and a completed application form. We provide a full personalised checklist during consultation.

Applying together is generally recommended as it signals long-term commitment to settling in Singapore. ICA views family applications favourably, especially when both spouses are employed.

Wait at least 6 months before reapplying. Use that time to strengthen your profile — increase salary, volunteer in the community, upskill, or improve your tax contributions. We specialise in re-application cases.

Yes, EP holders can apply immediately. However, you’ll need at least 6 months of payslips from your Singapore employer. Applying after 6–12 months of employment generally produces stronger results.

Singapore Citizenship

How soon can a PR apply for citizenship?

You must hold PR status for at least 2 years before applying for citizenship. Spouses of Singapore citizens must also have been married for at least 2 years.

No. Singapore does not allow dual citizenship for adults. You must renounce your existing citizenship upon approval. Children under 21 may hold dual citizenship temporarily.

Yes. All male Singapore citizens must register for NS at 16.5 and serve 2 years of full-time National Service from age 18, followed by reservist obligations.

The SCJ is a mandatory programme with 3 components: an online e-Journey module, a Singapore Experiential Visit (half-day tour), and a Community Sharing Session. It must be completed within 2 months of approval.

Work Passes

What's the difference between EP and S-Pass?

The Employment Pass is for professionals, managers, and executives earning at least S$5,600/month and is subject to COMPASS. The S-Pass is for mid-skilled workers earning at least S$3,150/month and is subject to a quota and levy.

COMPASS is a points-based Complementarity Assessment Framework for EP applications. Applicants need a minimum of 40 points across criteria including salary, qualifications, diversity, and Skills Bonus.

Yes, but your new employer must submit a fresh EP application. Your current pass remains valid until the new one is approved. There is no transfer mechanism — it is a new application.

The minimum qualifying salary for new EP applications is S$5,600 per month. For the financial services sector, the minimum is S$6,200. Older candidates require progressively higher salaries.

Family Passes

Can I bring my family to Singapore?

Yes. EP holders earning at least S$6,000/month can sponsor a Dependant’s Pass for their spouse and children. Common-law spouses and parents may qualify for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP).

DP holders linked to EP holders can work with a Letter of Consent (LOC) from MOM. The employer applies for the LOC, and it is tied to that specific employer. No separate work pass is needed.

A Dependant’s Pass is for legally married spouses and children under 21. An LTVP covers common-law spouses, step-children, parents, and handicapped children — relationships not eligible for DP.

National Service

Will I serve NS after getting PR?

First-generation male PRs do not serve NS. However, second-generation male PRs (sons of PRs born in or after the PR was granted) are required to serve NS, same as citizens.

Deferment is limited and granted only in exceptional circumstances, such as pursuing studies at local institutions. Overseas university deferment is generally not approved. MINDEF decides on a case-by-case basis.

It is possible to renounce PR before NS enlistment, but it comes with consequences — your son will be barred from future PR, citizenship, work pass, or student pass applications in Singapore.
