MOM issues IPA in 3–8 weeks. Valid as single-entry visa for 6 months. While pending, we assist with any additional queries MOM may request.
3–8 weeksPass Issuance
After arrival: fingerprinting, photo, medical exam (if needed). EP card issued and mailed. Fee: S$225–S$255.

What is the minimum salary for EP in 2026?
S$5,600/month (general) or S$6,200 (financial services) for age 23. Increases progressively — up to S$10,700+ at age 45+.
Can I apply without a degree?
Possible — MOM considers professional experience and skills. However, you'll score 0 on COMPASS C2, so other criteria must be strong.
Can I bring my family on an EP?
Yes. Earning S$6,000+/month: Dependant's Pass for spouse and children. LTVP for parents and common-law spouse.
Do I need COMPASS for EP renewal?
Yes, since September 2024. We recommend re-assessing your score before renewal as employer workforce changes may affect it.
